Australian Domestic Shipping
All Australian orders will receive FREE shipping. Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 3-5 business days. All orders are defaulted to deliver with signature. LESS IS MORE will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered with a proof of delivery, generally a signature or photo proof by delivery company.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Customers can be charged for buying and importing product into their country. LESS IS MORE does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note LESS IS MORE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact Australia Post International Standard or your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
If a customer refuses to pay custom charges or left parcel unclaimed, the Local Post will attempt redelivery. If Local Post and/or team is unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel may be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. If the order was able to be Returned To Sender, a refund of the purchase price will be issued deducting the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I'VE LOST MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT DO I DO?

How long is shipping?
Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier to update your tracking number. We will only send out email notification with shipping information when the tracking number is available.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email lessismoresupp@gmail.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
